Sports Facility Development: Take Two
After our previous padel court adventure (the one that briefly became an indoor swimming pool), you’d think we’d learned our lesson. Instead, we’ve doubled down with a new facility in Sigulda.
Our Approach
This time, we’re obsessing over drainage, roof integrity, and weather-proofing with the intensity of people who’ve been burned before. Our contractor finds our paranoia amusing. We find their amusement concerning.
Current Status
Under construction, thoroughly weather-tested (at least on paper), and potentially the most over-engineered padel facility in Latvia.
Expected Outcome
Actual padel courts that remain above sea level during rainfall.
